VIJAYA WELCOMES JAPANESE CUSTOMERS FOR A FACTORY VISIT AND BUSINESS MEETING

On-Site Experience of VIJAYA’s Manufacturing Process

During the visit, the Japanese customers toured the entire production system at VIJAYA’s factory, including:

• The production line for soft PVC electrical insulation products using DIP Moulding technology.

• Strict quality control procedures, from incoming raw materials to finished products.

• Modern machinery and equipment supporting large-scale production.

In addition, the delegation had the opportunity to assess VIJAYA’s key product lines, including soft PVC electrical insulation covers and metal dip-moulded products, which are widely used in the electrical, industrial, and mechanical engineering sectors.

With a professional approach and high evaluation standards, the Japanese customers held detailed discussions with VIJAYA regarding technical requirements, quality standards, and the company’s ability to meet order specifications.
