DESCRIPTION:

Insulating plastic caps are used to cover bolt heads, nuts, battery terminal caps, cable ends, lightning protection terminals, insulator tops, TI porcelain cup covers, TU porcelain cup covers, strap clamp covers, branching clamp covers, anchoring clamp covers, LBS covers, and more. These caps help prevent incidents caused by animals and vegetation, ensuring the continuous operation of power grids and reducing damage caused by electrical discharge faults.

Made from soft PVC (Soft Polyvinyl Chloride), these insulating plastic caps offer excellent electrical insulation and thermal resistance, withstanding continuous temperatures up to 180°C. They help prevent leakage currents and arc discharge inside electrical cabinets and substations, while also providing waterproofing, dust protection, and resistance to aging. The caps are easy to install.
