DESCRIPTION:

Bolt and nut caps are insulating and heat-resistant covers designed to fit over the heads of bolts, nuts, and hex screws. Their primary functions are to protect these components, prevent the ingress of dust and insects, ensure system and user safety, and enhance the overall appearance of the equipment.

Shape:
Based on advanced South Korean technology, the product features a hexagonal shape with a flange design, offering superior protection against corrosion compared to conventional caps.

Material:
Manufactured from virgin plastic, ensuring safety for both the environment and human health.

Certifications:
The product is fully certified with material composition reports and standards including ISO, RoHS, UL 94, UV resistance, and electrical insulation up to 24kV, certified by Quatest 1.

Sizes:
Available mold sizes include M6, M8, M10, M12, M14, M16.

Colors:
Standard colors are black and red. Custom colors can be produced according to customer specifications.
